The rates quoted are on a weekly basis. We offer staggered check in/out dates: Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am. The cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare each unit - there are no exceptions.

We have five different size units. Each townhouse is individually owned and furnished but have comparable furnishings and amenities. Some of our units have queen beds in the master bedroom and others have twin beds. ALL units ( except unit #7 ) have twin beds in the second bedroom. Many of the units have lofts on the 3rd floor providing an additional private sleeping area. Lofts can have 1, 2 or 4 twin beds.

The weekly rental rates vary and are priced by the level of updating each owner has accomplished. We will do our best to accommodate you in the unit that best fits your family size, traveling dates and availability.
