How do I get to Sengekontacket?

There is ferry service from the mainland to Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. We cannot assist with ferry reservations. The Martha's Vineyard Airport is about 3 miles away. See "How to get here" for more details.

Do I need linens?

We will not be providing linens. Please arrange to bring your own or contact Takemmy laundry (508-693-2788) to arrange pick up and delivery of linens.

Where can I get a crib, high chair or cot?

If you require a crib, high chair or cot rental you may contact Bear Baby Equipment rentals (508-696-6093) to arrange pick up and delivery.

Is there air conditioning?

No, generally it is not necessary. With the high ceilings, fans and cool breeze from the pond it is quite comfortable.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. Dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans; baking pans; dishes & flatware.

What else should I bring?

Beach towels or blankets; laundry supplies; dishwasher detergent; soap for the shower; coffee filters.
