As guests of Sengekontacket, you and your family enjoy complimentary use of the Association's two all-weather tennis courts, a fresh water pond offering canoeing (complimentary canoes) and fishing, and a clubhouse popular with the children. There is also a play yard for youngsters in an area next to our picnic tables and easily visible from the condominiums .

Our units are spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable and we feel they are the best value on the Island. Each unit is individually owned so they do vary somewhat with furnishings but they all include 1 1/2 baths; laundry machines in each unit; free telephone service on the Island; dishwasher, disposal and microwave in the fully equipped kitchen; at least one television and VCR. All units feature a large private deck including deck furniture and grill.
