We specialize in obtaining premium seating, preferred seating, and tickets to hard-to-get and sold-out events nationwide. OUR AGENCY POLICIES
All prices include a substantial non-refundable service charge which reflects our cost of obtaining and securing these tickets. Due to market fluctuations, all prices quoted are subject to change! Due to the time sensitive nature of tickets, all sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges whatsoever. No exceptions!
If an event is cancelled (not postponed), an in-store credit will be issued for the full face value of the ticket only. For future purchases, no cash refunds or credit card credits will be made. Tickets must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation notice. If the tickets requested are not in stock at the time of purchase, the order (will be fulfilled) on a try-to-get basis with no guarantee that the order will be filled. Once the order is filled, no cancellations will be allowed until the day of performance, if at all.
